Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your VIP Discord subscription at any time by contacting us at info@usefanly.com

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must request your cancellation before your renewal date. Cancellation requests received after a renewal has already been processed will not be refunded — the cancellation will then take effect at the end of that newly paid period.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Your Discord VIP access remains active until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days
• We do not refund renewals that have already been processed

How to cancel:
Email info@usefanly.com with your order number and the subject line "Subscription Cancellation." We will confirm your cancellation within 24 hours.
