1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all users of usefanly.com. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Digital Products & Memberships

All products sold on Usefanly are digital memberships granting access to private VIP Discord communities. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Access to your VIP Discord group is granted automatically upon successful payment. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact us at info@usefanly.com.

3. Subscriptions

  • VIP Discord memberships may be sold as recurring subscriptions or one-time purchases
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
  • You may cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the instant digital delivery of our products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions apply only if access was never delivered. In that case, contact us at info@usefanly.com within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, transfer, or resell your membership or Discord access to any third party
  • Use your membership for commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activity within our Discord communities
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or exploit our systems

Violations will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Account & Platform Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your own Discord account. Usefanly is not liable for:

  • Bans or suspensions imposed by Discord
  • Loss of access caused by changes to your Discord account
  • Downtime or service interruptions on Discord's platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with Usefanly are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Usefanly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of access, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant membership.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at info@usefanly.com will result in a permanent ban from all Usefanly services. We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase from this store, in accordance with GDPR regulations applicable in the Netherlands and the European Economic Area.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
