Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products — exclusively VIP Discord group memberships — we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.

Why we don't offer refunds:

• Discord VIP access is granted instantly upon purchase
• Digital memberships cannot be "returned"
• Subscription periods begin immediately after payment

Exceptions:
If you did not receive access to your VIP group within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@usefanly.com and we will resolve this promptly.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from all services.
